The instant petition has been filed for following substantive relief:- “i) That the respondent department may kindly be directed to regularize the daily wage services of the applicant after completion of 8 years of regular daily wage service in terms of the policy framed by the Government which has been adopted by the respondents also with all consequential benefits. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ii) In alternative the respondents department may kindly be directed to grant same treatment w.r.t. the regularization of service of the applicant as given in the case of one Sh. Janam Singh with all consequential benefits.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 22.07.2024 in CWPOA No. 7434 of 2019, titled as Ramesh Chand Tangrik vs. H.P. State Forest Corporation & others, along with connected matter to urge that the issue raised in the instant petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment and in such circumstances, the petitioner shall be satisfied at this stage in case, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment in Ramesh Chand Tangrik’s case (supra). 5. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner within eight weeks from today strictly in terms of the judgment passed in Ramesh Chand Tangrik’s …2… case (supra). Needless to say that in case the petitioner herein is found similarly situated as petitioners in CWPOA No. 7434 of 2019, titled as Ramesh Chand Tangrik vs. H.P. State Forest Corporation & others, along with connected matter, he shall also be granted the same benefit as have been granted to the petitioner(s) in Ramesh Chand Tangrik’s case (supra). 6.
