R. for the petitioner who has filed this application with prayer for correction of a typographical error in Paragraph-12 of the Order dated 04.12.2024, passed by this Court in connection with AB/3075/2024. It is submitted that this petition was finally disposed of but inadvertently the word ‘interim’ was inserted in Paragraph-12 of the Order which may be deleted. 2. It is further submitted that the condition in Paragraph-12 that “The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 1 (one) week and cooperate with the investigation” may also be deleted in order to make the bail granted to the petitioner an absolute pre-arrest bail. 3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. B. Sharma for the respondent State of Assam. Page No.# 3/3 4. In the Paragraph-12 of the Order dated 04.12.2024 of AB/3075/2024, the word ‘interim’ is deleted and Paragraph-12(ii) is modified as “The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation”. The words in Paragraph-12(ii) “The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 1 (one) week ” are deleted. 5. In terms of the above observation, this I.A. stands disposed of. 6.
