He contends that the alleged attribution to the petitioner is of having caused bat blow injury on the leg of injured Kalu @ Kala. He further contends that the co-accused Tarsem @ Bachchi @ Mini has already been granted concession of bail vide order dated 08.05.2024 (Annexure P-3) and case of the petitioner is at par with him. He contends that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2023 and out of 36 witnesses cited by the prosecution only 1 witness has been examined till date. He submits that conclusion of trial will take sufficient long time, hence prayed for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner. 5. After considering the rival contentions and perusing the record, it transpires that as per the prosecutions case the alleged attribution to the petitioner is of having caused bat blow injury on the leg of injured Kalu @ Kala and he was arrested on 12.09.2023, since then he is in custody.
