Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 states that vide order dated 22.07.2024, a sum of Rs. 2 lacs by way of demand draft were deposited in favour of respondent No. 1 out of arrears of maintenance due towards her in favour of Registrar General and same may be released in favour of respondent No. 1. 4. Learned counsel representing petitioner has given no objection to the same.
