The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 439(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 in case FIR No.698 dated 27.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 376(2)(n), 494 & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar, vide order dated 09.03.2021 passed by this Court. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined before the Trial Court and the case is fixed for 14.07.2025 for recording the statement of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 3. No one was present on behalf of the petitioner on 19.09.2024 and 10.02.2025. Even today also the position is not different. 4.
