That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR dated 05.08.2025 registered at Police Station Chakarbhatha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) against the petitioner for the alleged offences under Section 309 (4) of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita (Annexure P/1). 2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned final report No. 292 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025 filed by the Police Station Chakarbhatha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilha, District (C.G.) (Annexure P/2). 3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge framed against the petitioner dated 25.09.2025 by the learned bearing Criminal Case No. 3057 of 2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 309(4) of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita (Annexure P/3). 4. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire criminal proceeding bearing Criminal Case No. 3057 of 2025 pending before the learned 3 Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) (Annexure P/4).” 3. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any further cause of action arises.
