The petitioner who is a complainant made a complaint against the respondent No.5/Village Pradhan, Village Panchayat Shahpur Maulane, Post Kandharapur, Pargana & Block Bilariyaganj,Tehsil Sagari, District Azamgarh. On the aforesaid complaint, a report was submitted by the Revenue Inspector on 10.05.2024/10.08.2024 against respondent No.5. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. and prays to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Azamgarh to take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 4. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent No.5 to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Azamgarh to conclude the proceedings initiated against the respondent No.5 on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner and take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned strictly in accordance with law.
