(Oral) Applicant Naseer is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 111 of 2020, under Sections 302, 307, 392, 411 IPC, Police Station Khanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. This is third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on 02.11.2022 and second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.08.2024. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in judicial custody since 04.08.2020; out of 20 prosecution witnesses, only 11 witnesses have been examined; Learned counsel submits that there are less chances of completion of trial in near future. 5. Learned State Counsel admits these facts. 6. Having considered the period of incarceration and other attending factors, which the applicant has undergone, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 2 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
