They have run from pillar to post and also made representations dated 29th March, 2025 and 5th April, 2025, in light of order dated 24th January, 2024 in Writ C no.- 4866 of 2023 (Km. Priyanka Halwai Vs. State of U.P. Through Addl. Secy. Medical), made by Lucknow Bench of this Court. He seeks direction for the representations to be considered and his clients receiving registration. 2. On query he submits, his clients are residents of Moradabad and upon registration, would like to work in nearby area and as such that is their cause of action for moving this Bench. 3. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Adarsh Bhushan, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no. 2 and submits, the representations will be duly dealt with. 4. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioners' representations dated 29th March, 2025 and 5th April, 2025. Petitioners will communicate certified copy of this order, copies of their representations and order dated 24th January, 2024 (supra) to said respondent. Within three weeks of the communication, either the registration be granted or reason (s) for refusal, be communicated to petitioners. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
