This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue suitable direction to the learned Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh to expeditiously decide the recall application (Kayami) dated 07.06.2021 filed by the respondent no.3 in Case No. 01478/2021, Computerized Case No. T202115060401478 (Kripa Devi vs. Pabbar), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pertaining to Khata No. 0155, 0162, situated in village Umarishri (Beladaulatabad), Tehsil Lalganj, District Aligarh, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; and it is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrain the private respondent(s) or any other person(s) from creating any third-party interest over the land in question during the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings before the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned recall application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned recall application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the above-mentioned recall application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
