Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 205/2024, arising out of Chowka P.S. Case No. 25/2024 corresponding to G.R Case No. 371/2024, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Chandil. On 29.04.2024, dacoity was committed in the Reliance Petrol Pump at Palgam. The dacoits looted Rs.86,250/- along with mobile phones of the staffs of the Petrol Pump. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this court earlier. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, Chandil in connection with S.T Case No. 205/2024, arising out of Chowka P.S.
