The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the inter-alia following prayer:- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider and decide the application of the petitioner about the Khorajpur, Ghaziabad. payment of Panchayat Bhawan Block-Muradnagar, District- Ghaziabad. 3. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned with regard to the grievance raised in the present petition by him. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
