1. The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India against non-compliance of the orders dated 06.04.2021 and 07.05.2025 (Annexure C/1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 1444/2021 by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents have already granted anticipatory pension to the petitioner from 06.09.2025 and so far as regular pension is concerned, on 01.12.2025 the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Superintendent Ambikapur, District - Surguja (C.G.) has sought some documents from the petitioner.
3. Let the petitioner comply with the requirement as asked by the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Superintendent Ambikapur, District - Surguja (C.G.) within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if the documents submitted within 15 days by the petitioner, the respondents shall clear the pensionary benefits of the petitioner except GPF amount within further 15 days and thereafter, grievances still survives or compliance is not made within stipulated time, this Court will take suo moto cognizance.
4. So far as the GPF is concerned, it has been informed that authority letter has already been sent to the Accountant General as reflected from the order dated 04.12.2025, as such, the contempt petition is
disposed of at this moment. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to revive the contempt proceedings if further direction given by this Court in not complied with within the time period given by this Court.
