This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 10.03.2025 passed in CWP-7304-2023. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 12.01.2026, Dr. Puneeta Gahlot, Joint Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Haryana is present in Court and has referred to the Government Instructions (General), wherein it has specifically been stated that wherever an employee opts to avail the benefit of past service for counting the same as qualifying service for pension, he would be required to deposit the terminal benefits already availed by him from the previous employer to the extent of the employer share of the CPF/Gratuity alongwith interest thereupon from the date of receipt of the emoluments till the date of deposit thereof in the Government treasury. In view thereof, the deduction cannot be held to be against the rules/instructions and the amount already stands released to the petitioner after deduction.
