During the pendency of the said Claim Petition, Original Claimant No.1 – Gulnaz Begum 1 2025:BHC-AUG:10820 927-CA-1193-2024.odt Shaikh Ahmed, who was the widow of Deceased, was pregnant and delivered a baby. The Application is to bring on record the name of the said girl child born from the wedlock between the Deceased and Original Claimant No.1. 4. There can be no impediment if the Application is allowed. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - ‘A’ and ‘B’.
