This Court, vide order dated 29.11.2024 passed in MCRC No. 7858/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Bhakt Raj Ghosh had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.06.2025, requested for and was granted a further period of three months time to conclude the trial vide order dated 26.06.2025 in CRMP No. 1965/2025. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 27.10.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that trial is at the evidence stage and further, examination of only independency witness is left. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
