On 15.02.2025, when the matter was listed, a request was made on behalf of the appellant to the effect that since learned counsel representing the appellant had been designated as Senior Advocate by this court, a fresh power of attorney was required to be filed and for such purpose time was sought. The matter was thereafter listed on 14.05.2025 and 24.06.2025 and again the same request was made. Today, Mr. Sanjay Bhardwaj, learned Advocate, has placed on record original copy of registered letter dated 26.06.2025 sent to the appellant, wherein the appellant was apprised about the Court proceedings and was further requested to make arrangement for her representation in this appeal. The contents of aforesaid communication also clearly reveal that the date fixed for hearing of the matter i.e. 04.08.2025 was also communicated to the appellant. Mr. Sanjay Bhardwaj, Advocate, has stated that since he has not received any instructions, he has no option, but to plead no instructions and withdraw from the case.
