This Court, vide order dated 12.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 2259 of 2024, while granted the bail application of the applicant/petitioner, namely, Sushant Pradhani, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN Date: 2025.01.29 10:43:29 +0530 2 date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District – Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 13.01.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD in this case, the statement of 03 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the statement of 12 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined and the time prescribed by this Court for concluding the trial is going to be expired. Therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for conclusion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of five months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
