Case Nos. 844 of 2020, 947 of 2020, 578 of 2021, 507 of 2022, 653 of 2023 and 629 of 2024 has been made. 3. All the misc. cases arise out of the same proceedings under Section 125 CrPC decided in favour of the appellant. 4. The order sheet reveals that recovery warrants were issued but the same are not being executed and, therefore, the instant application has been filed. 5. Considering the long pendency of proceedings for execution of the order awarding maintenance applied by the applicant, who is a lady, prayer for expeditious disposal appears to be justified. 6. Accordingly, the application is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid misc. cases on or before 31.08.2025 strictly in according with law, provided a copy of this order is filed before it within a period of ten days.
