GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the 5th respondent in not providing police protection in preventing the unauthorized interference and encroachments on the petitioner’s property by the encroachers. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was called to the police station and the enquiry was made. It was observed by the police 2 that this matter pertains to the revenue and other encroachers, and a report of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer and Superintendent of Police, is also forwarded, whereby it was noted that the revenue records were tampered and it was for the petitioner to approach the concerned revenue authorities or the appropriate Court for redressal of grievance, including rectification of the revenue records. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
