The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of deceased from the office respondent No. 4. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to conduct investigation from higher police authority and to file the charge-sheet before the concerned Court within stipulated time period relating to the FIR No. 51 of 2020 registered at Police Station Bhilai Bhatti, District Durg (C.G.). 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 3. Learned State counsel submits that after completion of due and proper investigation in the present matter, a closure report has been filed before the competent Court on 20.12.2020. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, this Court finds that no further adjudication survives in the present writ petition, as the investigation has already culminated in the filing of the closure report. Since the petitioner is the complainant in the case, she shall be at liberty to avail all remedies available to him under law, if so advised. 5.
