By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to restrain the respondents 2 to 4 from taking coercive action in respect of the property described in the petition. By alleging that the petitioner had undertaken unauthorized construction, the third respondent issued a lock and seal and demolition notice on 07.05.2025 and de-occupation notice on 16.05.2025. The said petition was accompanied by a stay petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents are threatening coercive action without awaiting the outcome of the special revision petition. 3. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned standing counsel, accepts notice for respondents 2 to 4. 4.
