1. Heard Mr. Apoorva Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Praveen Das, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondents.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):-
“A. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records of the case pertaining to the petitioner from the respondents for its kind perusal. B. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the undisputed and admitted payments of Rs. 5.83 lacs petitioner with respect to agreement no. 155 DL/2021-2022 along with suitable interest. C. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts & circumstances of case. D. Cost of the petition may also be awarded.”
3. Mr. Apoorva Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the grievance raised therein already stands redressed.
