Case called out in the revised list. 2. Learned counsel for the parties are present. 3. Present criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionists - Km. Deepti and Smt. Vinita with the prayer to set-aside the summoning order dated 21.4.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Etah in Session Trial No. 1090 of 2021, arising out of case crime no. 64 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 34 IPC, P.S. Nidhauli, District Etah and further to remand back the matter to the trial court to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 4. Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and the learned AGA. 5. At the very outset, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 that criminal revision no. 3800 of 2025 preferred by co-accused Manoj has been remanded by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.7.2025 to the trial court. He further submits that after remand of the entire matter, the present criminal revision has become infructuous. 6. The aforesaid submissions have been opposed by the learned counsel for the revisionists. 7. I have considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the entire record. 8. Since the matter has already been remanded to the trial court by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.7.2025 in Criminal Revision No. 3800 of 2025, the only order is passed in this revision that after remand of the matter the trial court shall also consider the submissions of the present revisionists. No further order is required to be passed. 9. With the aforesaid observations, the present revision is disposed of.
