“It is, therefore, prayed that the FIR lodged at Police Station City Kotwali, District Bilaspur, C.G., bearing Crime No. 167 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the IPC & Section 16(2) of the POCSO Act, the charge-sheet arising out of the Crime No. 167 of 2017, and the permanent warrant for arrest dated 22.02.2021 issued by the learned trial Court may kindly be set-aside/quashed.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
