Learned counsel for the respective respondents raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of this writ petition in its form. They submit that from the contents of this writ petition, it is appearing that all petitioners who are 13 in number have obtained different amount of loan from different banks, however, there is no specification or particulars showing the amount of loan etc. They also submits that in earlier round of litigation as per the direction issued, representation submitted by petitioners was considered and rejected, however, it has not been put to challenge in this writ petition. 2. The submission made by counsel for the respective respondents that petitioners have obtained loan facility independently is not disputed by the counsel for petitioners, however counsel for petitioners submits that as grievances of the petitioners were similar, they have filed a joint petition. 7 3. Considering the submission made by counsel for respective parties, in view of the facts to appreciate the pleadings made in this petition it appears that individual grievance of petitioners and the particulars of which is required to be pleaded separately is not pleaded in this writ petition, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, reserving liberty with the petitioners to file appropriate petition pleading all relevant particulars in view of their grievances for proper adjudication of the grievance.
