The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following reliefs: A) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus by directing the Respondent No.2 to issue Hakku Patra A/w Lease and Purchase Agreement and E-Swathu in respect of Unit No.1, Sector No.29, Plot No.10 of “C” Category Site at Navanagar, Bagalkote Tq and Dist. Bagalkote by considering the Representation dated 29.10.2025 vide Annexure-F, in the interest of justice and equity. B) Issue such other suitable order/s or directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri.Pruthvi K.S., appearing for petitioner and learned counsel Sri.Sanjay Chanal, appearing for respondent. 3. An agreement is entered into between the respondent-Authority and the petitioner for allotment of a property pursuant to the approval granted for such allotment. The petitioner has submitted a representation seeking issuance of Hakku Patra in terms of the said agreement and approval of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16810 WP No. 109091 of 2025 allotment which has not merit consideration. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court, in the subject petition. 4. In the light of the fact that the prayer being for consideration of the representation, the learned counsel Sri.Sanjay Chanal submits that if reasonable time is granted, the action would be taken in strict consonance with law. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, I deem it appropriate dispose the petition with a direction to the respondent-Authority to consider the petitioner’s representation and to pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
