The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 5310 of 2025. 2. Pursuant to order of this Court dated 21.05.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 16.0.7.2025 along with copy of email, which is taken on record. 3. As per para 44 of the instruction, it is informed that that now the email has been sent to unblock the account of the applicant. The copy of email has also been annexed along with the instruction. It is next submitted that order of writ Court has been complied with, therefore, present application may be dismissed infructious. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record. 9. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the instruction/order dated 16.0.7.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
