By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the instant case. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased pass appropriate writ/ Writs directing the Respondent authorities to consider the case of the Petitioner and pass a reasonable order granting Pay Scale of Shiksha Karmi Grade 1 and Salary to the Petitioner in the interest of justice. 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate writ/ Writs directing the Respondent 4 authorities to decide the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law in the interest of justice within a stipulated period of time. 10.4. Any appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions or order may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner in WPS No. 1861/2023 and WPS No. 3231/2023 after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. 3.
