Applicants also seeks transfer of Sessions Trial No. 53 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 288 of 2014, under Sections 376, 342 I.P.C., Police Station Cantt, District Bareilly, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.8, Bareilly to some other court of competent jurisdiction, at Bareilly. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
