Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call.
3. This matter has been listed today under the heading “For Orders” for acceptance of requisites filed late i.e. on 16.05.2022.
4. As is revealed from the order sheet, vide order dated 21.01.2020, it was ordered to take necessary steps by 24.01.2020 for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party. But the requisites were filed long thereafter i.e. on 16.05.2022. Thereafter also, till date, no step has been taken to expedite listing of the transfer petition. Till date notice could not be issued to the Opposite Party because of such conduct of the Petitioner.
5. However, the Transfer Petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution granting liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate application for restoration of the transfer petition, if any cause of action still survives.
