Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.3 to regularise the services of the Petitioner as IT Nodal Officer, in the Urban Development Cell pursuant to the appointment of the Petitioner vide Appointment Order dated 12/01/2010 bearing No.BGMD:DUDC:1Cr:97:2009-10 issued by Respondent No.3 vide Annexure-A; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12692 WP No. 107016 of 2025 b. Pass any such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 05.04.2024 (Annexure-C), submitted for regularisation of his services, has not been considered. 4. It is well settled that whenever a representation is made seeking regularisation of service, the concerned authority is obligated to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time. In the present case, no such decision either accepting or rejecting the representation has been taken by the respondents. Accordingly, the following: ORDER i.
