Act. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court within a period of 60 days from today. He also prays to return the certified copy of the impugned judgment(s). 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this proposition put fourth by the counsel for the appellant. 4.
