Mr. Abhay Kr. Tiwari, A.P.P [B.A. 1721/2025] --- 03 / 28.03.2025 Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 214 of 2024 arising out of Bariatu P.S. Case No. 346 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B) a, 27 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi.
3. On 23.11.2022 at 7.00 p.m., brother of the Informant namely Dhawan was shot dead by three unknown persons outside Baba Tent House near Adulhatu Chowk.
4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, not he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioners has come in the confession of co-accused. It finally submitted that Rohan Kumar and Ankit Kumar Singh have been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No. 214 of 2024 arising out of Bariatu P.S. Case No. 346 of 2022.
