In order to keep a vigil on the petitioner’s husband, certain steps are required to be taken. 2. It is submitted that there are 32 criminal antecedents against the husband of the petitioner. 3. The Court thus finds that the husband of the petitioner has to challenge the order of declaring him as a bad character, if he so desires. 4.
