The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the authorities concerned to correct the date of her absorption with the VED PRAKASH DEWANGAN Digitally signed by VED PRAKASH DEWANGAN Date: 2025.12.04 18:35:53 +0530 2 School Education Department as July, 2018 in place of July, 2019, which has been wrongly entered in the gradation list of the year 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, on 05.02.2025, the petitioner made a representation to the Block Education Officer, Block Ambikapur to correct the same, but till date no action has been taken by the Block Education Officer, therefore, he may be directed to take a decision and to correct the date of absorption of the petitioner in the gradation list of the year 2025. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that, the gradation list of Teacher (LB) as on 01.04.2023 was issued by the Director, Public Instructions, Raipur and he would only be the competent authority to correct the errors in the said gradation list, however, the petitioner has made her representation to the Block Education Officer, Ambikapur, therefore, the petitioner may approach before the Director, Public Instructions, Raipur for redressal of her grievances. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make her fresh representation to the Director, Public Instructions, Raipur within two weeks from today, and in such eventually, the respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, if so filed, within a further period of two months from the date of its receipt, in accordance with law, on its own merits and to communicate the same to the petitioner.
