By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list of Seasonal Collection Amins in District Deoria, so that the petitioner may be appointed on the post of Seasonal Collection Amin, as and when the work is allotted to Seasonal Collection Amins, in District Deoria, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/ commanding to the respondent no. 2 to decide the application/ representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure No. 6) in the interest of justice." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 19.03.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 19.03.2025 within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
