It is now not under much dispute that matter of payment of pension of petitioner is under consideration and matter is now seized with the respondent-State and its counsel has sought some time for final decision. In the aforesaid circumstances, since matter is seized with respondent-State, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that payments be paid to petitioner within short period, if there is no legal impediment and in case of default, if petitioner constrains to approach this Court again for same relief, it will be a ground to pass an adverse order against concerned respondent.
