1. The present C.M.P has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 6782 of 2022, which stood dismissed on 08.05.2024 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the Court.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present C.M.P, W.P.(S) No. 6782 of 2022 is restored to its original file and stage, subject to the condition that the petitioner removes the remaining defects, as pointed out by the office, by 13.06.2025 and pay cost of Rs.2,000/- in favour of the Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within the said period.
