ORDER ON BOARD 05.12.2025
1. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-

2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents to act upon the representations of the Petitioner Annexure P/4 (Colly) & the legal notice Annexure P-5. 10.3 Award costs of the present petition in favor of the petitioner; 10.4 Pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the supply order issued in favor of petitioner, petitioner has supplied articles as mentioned in the supply order, however, the entire payment of supplied articles has not been paid yet. Petitioner has made several request and also submitted representation to concerned authority, however, the representation submitted by petitioner has not been considered and decided, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3/Chief Executive Officer to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within a specified time frame.

Learned counsel for the State submits grievances is against respondent no. 3 for whom he is not appearing.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition.

On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner and in view of the limited prayer to direct concerned authority to take decision on pending representation, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage without issuing notice to respondent, directing respondent no. 3/Chief Executive Officer to take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner on 03.10.2024 and notice dated 07.10.2025, in accordance with law,
3 expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
6. It is made clear that this Court does not made any observation on the merits of this writ petition and concerned authority shall decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands
