This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner’s representation (Annexure P/1) by giving him requisite documents related to loan, at the ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2025.12.06 16:38:08 +0530 2 earliest within appropriate time. Further, may kindly direct the respondent authority for not conducting auction of land Khasra No. 49/5 till supplying documents related to land, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order or issue any suitable writ of superintendence as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has taken loan of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand Rupees) to purchase a land bearing Khasra No. 49/5 area 9579.88 sq. ft. from one Hari Prasad on 31.03.2015, however, according to the recovery proceedings initiated by respondents Bank against petitioner, the amount due against petitioner is shown to be Rs. 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakhs Rupees). After getting notice/knowledge of the amount due against petitioner, he filed an application seeking relevant documents as to on what basis the amount due is shown to be Rs. 40,00,000/-, however, the said documents has not been supplied to petitioner till date, therefore, direction be issued to respondents no. 1 and 2- Bank to consider the representation submitted by petitioner Annexure P-1 dated 07.11.2025 within specified time frame, as according to notification of e-auction 30th December, 2025 is last date for submission. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that grievance of petitioner is to take decision on the representation Annexure P-1 dated 07.11.2025 which will be considered and decided, in accordance with law, within the shortest possible time frame. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 3 5. Considered the submission of petitioner, nature of grievances raised in this writ petition as also the submission made by respondent no. 1 and 2-Bank, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 1 and 2-Bank to take decision on pending representation Annexure P-1 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 01 week from today. 6. Also, counsel for respondents is directed to inform about this order passed by this Court to the concerned respondents. 7.
