Heard Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has submitted that the Executive Officer viz., the 3rd respondent, who is the present in-charge of the said temple alone is conducting the Maha Kumbhabhishekam.
