Case No. 26 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 379, 427, 436, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 307 of the I.P.C. 3. There is a specific allegation against this petitioner of assaulting the informant by an iron khanti on head causing injury, the injury has been opined to be grievous and is on the vital part of the body, as such the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
