Pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 25.07.2024, three members committee submitted its report on 28.01.2025 before the District Magistrate, Banda/respondent No.2. Subsequent to the same, a letter dated 27.02.2025 was written by the District Supply Officer, Banda/respondent No.3 to the District Magistrate, Banda/respondent No.2, copy of the same is appended at page No.34 of the petition. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the proceedings were initiated on the complaint of the petitioner and report has already been submitted in the matter but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that final decision will be taken by the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Banda expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the concerned authority to take a decision in the matter expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the necessary papers, unless there is no legal impediment.
