JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hisua P.S. Case No. 104/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 329(4), 109 and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., on 14.02.2025, all the accused persons looted food-grains from the P.D.S. shop of informant, for which, he filed Hisua P.S. Case No. 94/2025. On 18.02.2025 about 11:00 P.M. all accused persons came at his door and broke the chain of door and threatened him to compromise the earlier case within seven days otherwise face dire consequence.
