DATED : APRIL 23, 2025 ORDER:- The learned A.G.P., has adverted our attention to paragraph No.12 of the affidavit-in-reply, which reads as under :- “12. Accordingly in the present case, of the petitioner institution there is need of fresh inspection of the roster considering the above directions of G.R. dated 01.02.2023. Considering the above the factual and legal position, present writ petition is devoid of any merits. Hence present writ petition may kindly be disposed of with a direction of fresh inspection of roster as per G.R dated 01.02.2023. Hence this Affidavit in reply.” 2.
