The petitioner is a complainant and on his complaint, the proceedings were initiated and subsequent to the same, an letter was written by the Block Development Officer, Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar to the Sub Divisional Officer/Sampurna Samadhan Divas Adikhari, Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar by which a request has been made to take appropriate action against the arraying person as per report submitted by the Inquiry Officer. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.6 to 8 that decision has been taken by the authorities in the matter. 3. When this fact came into the knowledge of learned counsel for the petitioner, he prays to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. 5. It is made clear that no liberty has been given to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the same cause of action.
