The learned counsel appearing to the petitioner submits that the crime is not being registered. The petitioner has not produced any document to demonstrate that he has availed of the remedy available in law, i.e. under Section 154(1) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 173(1) of the BNSS or under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 173(4) of the BNSS or under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C / Section 223 of the BNSS, by filing a private complaint. 4. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available in law and in the event of need, approach the Court in future.
