THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1176 of 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, seeking to relax the conditions imposed while granting bail vide Order dated 28.6.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.589/2024 by the learned Special Judge for trial of Cases under the NDPS Act, Vizianagaram. 2. Petitioners/A1 and A2 filed an application in Crl.M.P.No.589 of 2024 on the file of the learned Special Judge for trial of Cases under the NDPS Act, Vizianagaram, for grant of bail in Crime No.37/2023 of Special Enforcement Bureau, Vizianagaram, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act. The learned Special Judge, while granting bail to the petitioners/A1 and A2 vide Order dated 28.6.2024, imposed condition that the petitioners shall appear before the police concerned i.e. the Station house Officer, S.E.B., Vizianagaram, on every Thursday between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm until further orders. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge without fail for the last eight months. 2 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are not complying with the conditions imposed by the Court below since 26.9.2024 and prays to dismiss the Criminal Petition. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as stated by the learned the Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are not complying the directions of the Court i.e. attending before the concerned Station House Officer, since 26.9.2024, this Court is not inclined to allow the Criminal Petition. 7.
