Mr. Sandip Kumar De, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, insofar as WPCRC 67 of 2025 and WPCRC 69 of 2025 are concerned, the direction of this Court stands complied with. Hence, nothing further survives in these two contempt proceedings. Accordingly, both these contempt proceedings WPCRC 67 of 2025 and WPCRC 69 of 2025 stand dropped and closed. Rules, issued in these two matters, stand discharged. Accordingly, these contempt proceedings WPCRC 67 of 2025 and WPCRC 69 of 2025 stand disposed of. 3 In Re : WPCRC 68 of 2025 ------------ Mr. Sandip Kumar De, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that some parts of the direction of this Court are yet to be complied with accordingly, this contempt proceeding survives. Mr. Rudranil Dey, learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor files a report today in Court, the same is taken on record. Copy of the same has been served upon Mr. Sandip Kumar De, leaned Advocate for the petitioner today in Court. He shall consider the same and revert back to this Court on the next day.
